Arts 4 Dementia works in partnership with arts organisations to develop workshops to re-energise and inspire people living with dementia in the community. They aim to bring fulfilment to their lives - and provide opportunities for quality time with their carers and loved ones - through engagement with their chosen art form. In addition to developing and delivering workshops, Arts 4 Dementia:
- offers Early Stage Dementia Awareness Training for Arts Facilitators, to enable them to deliver challenging, person-centred arts workshops.
signposts dementia-friendly activities by art form nationwide, increasing the accessibility of arts events to individuals and families across the country.
spreads Best Practice through publications and conferences for leaders in the arts and healthcare fields.

Offers advice and sign posting services, monthly support group for people caring for someone with dementia and their loved ones - 2nd Thursday of the month 2 - 4 pm, IRDSA Hall, Barkingside, IG6 1PS.
